Made to order items Please be aware that for our made to order items such as cushions, bunting, french memo boards & lavender accessories, the last date for ordering these items for a pre christmas delivery is Friday 11th December 2015.
Last posting date Our last posting date for christmas delivery is Friday 18th December 2015 for all other items of homeware including Hogben Pottery.
Bespoke Lampshades Our order book is now closed for made to order lampshades until the New Year. Any orders placed from Wednesday 9th December onwards will be delivered in January 2016.
It’s holiday time! Please note the workshop will be closed for our christmas break from Saturday 19th December until Tuesday 5th January 2016. All orders placed during this period will be handled on our return.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, please note the following terms for contact & returns.
All goods sold are covered by Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) which allow for a seven day “cooling off” during which you may cancel your order (n writing) by sending us a letter or email. Having notified us that you wish to cancel your order, goods must be returned to us at your expense, within 7 working days after the date of receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange to be made within 3 days provided that:-
1) The goods are received in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging and material
2) The goods are stock items (Excluding bespoke & handmade items)
3) Delivery and collection expenses are at your expense & are not refundable
4 ) A valid proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period. Any damages goods will be exchanged or refunded within the first 10 days of purchase.
